Right now im between 14st union sq and 42nd st grand central and as im writing this there is an old guy near me playing a psp. When i say old i dont mean 30 or 40 noooo this guy literally looks like he's in his 50's. Which leads me to my point of this post.
Gaming is for everyone!!! No really it is! We have games for toddlers all the way to games rated "M for mature". People would say this is a good thing right? The fact we have games for every type of person is great for companies like microsoft, sony and nintendo but for the hardcore gamers like myself these are the troubled times for our type of games.
Now you may think im crazy or i dont know what im talking about hear me out for a sec. The gaming industry has changed dramatically over the last year. Games have become more noob friendly (too easy) just to make the games appealing to the population and because of these changes the harcore gamers like myself are stuck with crappy games. Yea you can tell me to stfu and not buy them but really do i have a choice?
Let me give you an example: CoD4 was an amazing game. I loved it and it still remains one of the most appealing games to me but due to graphics being outdated and the engine too many people dont play it anymore... Then comes Mw2 s*sigh* where to start with this one. They made this game more user friendly on all aspects. Care packages with killstreaks, super shotguns crazy quick scopes etc etc. This game was too easy and got boring really fast. I havent touched the game for the last 4 months which for me is very sad.
Unfortanetly the gaming industry is stuck going this direction with systems bringing out motion control equipment like the ps move or the 360 kinect! We as real gamers are stuck with this. They are forgetting who supported them thru the ugly and still to this day support them. I myself will never own a kinect or a wii or a playstation move. I dont want to jump up and down when i play a game and i dont want to be standing and looking like a total retard who also has add wile playing a game. (Watch Someone really getting into guitar hero with the guitar).
With that being said im reaching the ghe... The bronx so i need to wrap this up. Live, love, game-on!

Well COD COD4 was the reason I got an Xbox I love that game I played it at least to hours a day since I got my 360 then W@W came out and every1 thought it was going to be a beast game but you know somethin it wasn't it fukin failed in my book so I played COD4 til MW2 came out and its true it got boring then I couldn't really get back into games til Halo Reach came out then Honestly I got bored of that pretty fast also know I only get on the box to do some daily challenges and that pretty much it. I play Nitto and it took me getting every car in the game to notice that game fukin sucks bawls now I'm on NFS world let see how long that last. Oh and 1 more thin I like the Wii lol
